Who we are
ROXOFF Ltd runs the ROXSTARS, Hosts and Partners programmes. Contact: privacy@roxoff.co.
What we collect and why
- Your name, contact details and city: to vet your application and contract with you.
- Handles and follower counts (ROXSTARS), who vouches for you (Hosts), company and list size (Partners): to vet your application.
- Your bank details: to pay you.
- Your 18+ check result, date and reference (never your ID document).
Being in these programmes can reveal details of your sex life, which UK GDPR treats as special category data. We only use it with your explicit consent.
Who sees it
Only the ROXOFF staff who need it. Bank details are seen only by our finance team and our director.
How long we keep it
Rejected applications: 6 months. Members: 12 months after your agreement ends. Payment records: 6 years, for HMRC.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time: privacy@roxoff.co. We reply within one month.
